No. StartFill has no minimum order quantity and no minimum monthly spend — we fulfill from your very first single order. This is a core difference from most providers.
No setup fee, no onboarding fee, and no monthly platform fee. You pay only for orders fulfilled, storage used, and services consumed.
No. All prices are net and exclude German VAT (zzgl. gesetzl. MwSt.). VAT is applied at the applicable statutory rate on your invoice.
No. The listed prices cover fulfillment (pick, pack, packaging, storage, etc.). Shipping is billed separately at carrier rates — we pass through the volume-discounted rates we've negotiated with DPD, DHL, and others. No markup.
Each order has a base price covering the first item and the packing process. Every additional item in the same order is charged at the lower "additional item" rate. Example (Lite plan): a 3-item order = €1.70 + 2 × €0.32 = €2.34, plus €0.44 packaging.
Receiving is the inbound handling when your stock arrives — unloading, checking against your delivery note, and putting it away into storage. It is charged per item received.
Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days as standard.
Storage is billed monthly per location you occupy. A pallet is a full EUR-pallet footprint (120 × 80 cm) for higher-volume stock; a shelf/bin is a small location (up to ~40 × 30 × 30 cm) ideal for low volumes, launches, and slow movers. You only pay for what you actually use.
Returned orders are received, inspected, and then restocked, held, or disposed of per your instructions — charged per return. A returns portal can be connected to your shop.
Yes. We offer cold-chain storage and food-grade handling for supplements, cosmetics, food, and sensitive goods — backed by Blumental Bayern GmbH's years of experience with regulated products.
No long-term contract, no minimum term. You can cancel any time with 30 days' written notice (email is sufficient), effective at the end of the following month — no exit fees, no penalties. This beats the 1–3 month notice most 3PL providers require.
When you cancel, we prepare and ship out your remaining stock at our standard pick/pack and outbound rates. Monthly storage applies until your inventory is collected or shipped, and any open fees are settled on your final invoice. There is no separate exit penalty — you only pay for the actual offboarding work.
Your plan reflects your typical monthly order volume (Lite ≤500, Growth 500–5,000, Scale 5,000+). As you grow, we move you to the better-priced tier — you never have to renegotiate a contract.
