Yes — you can start from a single order. There is no minimum monthly volume and no lock-in period. You pay only for the orders we process and the storage you use. This applies to all plans including StartFill Lite.
Lite is ideal for shops under 500 orders per month or new brands just launching. Growth suits established shops in the 500–5,000/month range. Scale is for high-volume operations needing the lowest per-order rate. If you're between tiers, request a quote and we'll recommend the best fit — or you can use our calculator above to estimate costs across plans.
We pass through carrier rates from our negotiated contracts with DHL, DPD, and others at cost — with no markup. You benefit from our volume rates without paying a logistics premium. The exact rate depends on package weight, dimensions, and destination and is invoiced separately from fulfillment fees.
All prices on this page are net and exclude German VAT (zzgl. gesetzl. MwSt.). VAT will be applied at the applicable statutory rate on your invoice. If your business is VAT-registered within the EU you may be able to reverse-charge VAT — please check with your accountant or contact us.
Yes. There are no penalties for changing plans. As your monthly order volume crosses a tier threshold we'll proactively recommend moving you up (or down) and adjust your rates from the next billing period. There is no migration process — your inventory stays in place.
Yes. Our Nuremberg warehouse is certified for food-safe storage and handling. We offer cold chain storage, HACCP-compliant processes, and specialty filling & packing for spices, herbs, supplements, dried fruits, and raw food materials. Pricing for these services is on request — contact us for a custom quote.
