Orders in one place
Create orders by form, CSV or Amazon file, with a dry run first. Cancel, change the address or release an order while it is not yet picked.
Parcel watch
Every shipment is tracked directly at the carrier. If a parcel has no new scan for two working days, you and we are alerted.
Deliveries and returns
Announce inbound deliveries, follow goods receipt and manage returns, with an optional return page for your buyers.
Reports and alerts
E-mail alerts for orders on hold, scheduled reports, usage statements and invoice copies, all in the portal.
Open API and team access
API tokens and webhooks for your own systems, plus team members with their own sign-ins.
