Help centre

Start with StartFill — the whole picture

Two uploads cover almost everything you will ever do here: your orders going out, and your stock coming in. This page explains how the whole thing fits together, so the rest of the Help centre is just detail.

The short version

How StartFill works day to day

You tell us what is leaving and what is arriving. We do the rest — pick, pack, dispatch, and the tracking back to your channel.

Two formsOne for orders out, one for stock in
Check run firstNothing is created until you press send
12:00 cut-offIn before noon, dispatched the same working day
Any sales channelNot only Amazon — CSV takes the rest

Orders reach us one of three ways: the Amazon unshipped-orders report uploaded on this site, a CSV of your own imported in the FFN portal, or a shop connection that hands them over automatically. Stock is announced before it arrives by uploading your supplier’s packing list. Whichever route you use, the same cut-off and the same warehouse process apply.

Upload before 12:00. Orders that reach us before noon are picked, packed and dispatched the same working day. Anything after that goes out the next one. It is the same cut-off whichever route the orders came in by — the Amazon report, a CSV or a shop connection.
Why a check run first? Two uploads of the same report a few seconds apart would each see “no order yet” and create two parcels for the same buyer. The check run costs you fifteen seconds and makes that impossible.
