Start with StartFill — the whole picture
Two uploads cover almost everything you will ever do here: your orders going out, and your stock coming in. This page explains how the whole thing fits together, so the rest of the Help centre is just detail.
The short version
How StartFill works day to day
You tell us what is leaving and what is arriving. We do the rest — pick, pack, dispatch, and the tracking back to your channel.
Orders reach us one of three ways: the Amazon unshipped-orders report uploaded on this site, a CSV of your own imported in the FFN portal, or a shop connection that hands them over automatically. Stock is announced before it arrives by uploading your supplier’s packing list. Whichever route you use, the same cut-off and the same warehouse process apply.

What are you trying to do?
Three routes cover almost everything. Pick the one that matches today and the rest of this page can wait.
I have orders to ship
Amazon orders come straight from the Seller Central report, through the upload form on this site. Everything else — your own shop, eBay, a phone order — goes as a CSV of your own, imported in the FFN portal. Two different routes; pick the one that matches.

Upload your supplier’s packing list — Excel, CSV or PDF. We read it, match your items and announce the delivery so goods receipt is ready for it.

Amazon, WooCommerce or Shopify can hand orders over automatically. No daily file, no download, nothing to remember.

Where to go next
Pick the route that matches how your orders arrive today. You can change later, and you can mix them.
